Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at the earliest from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure we can make your apartment available until 9:00 a.m. Upon arrival after 19:00 we ask you to notify us.
You can order fresh rolls from us daily until 10:00 p.m. (minimum order value €11.00), which we deliver to your apartment door every morning. You will find the login details in your apartment.
The apartments are intended exclusively for the guests registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the landlord. Visits by unregistered persons are only permitted with the prior consent of the landlord. The overnight stay of additional, unregistered persons is not permitted. The landlord reserves the right to refuse visitors for security, organizational or insurance reasons. Parties, celebrations and gatherings with several external persons are not allowed.
A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evening there is a paid night bus (at the beginning of December on the weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus plans here

Winter: up to 3 months before arrival - no costs; up to 30 days before arrival - 40% of the total price; 29 days to day of arrival and not arriving - 90% of the total price; In case of early departure - 100% of the total price. Summer: free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, then 100% of the total price. In the event that something unexpected comes up, we recommend you one Travel Cancellation Insurance complete!
