The prices apply in euros for the entire apartment (with normal occupancy) per day plus local tax.

• Extra person extra person €30.00 per day.
• A short-term surcharge (15%) will be charged for a stay of up to 3 days.
• The final cleaning is not included in the price and will be collected once.
• For a reservation we need a deposit of 40% of the total price

• Please note that the apartment may only be used by the registered guests. Visits are only possible with prior consent; Additional overnight guests are not allowed. The booking conditions accepted at the time of booking and the house rules apply.
