Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival at the earliest from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure we can make your apartment available until 9:00 a.m. Upon arrival after 19:00 we ask you to notify us.
You can order fresh rolls from us daily until 22:00 for breakfast (minimum order value €11.00), which are delivered to the house every morning. You will find the login details in your apartment.
The apartments are intended exclusively for the guests registered at the time of booking and confirmed by the landlord. Visits by unregistered persons are only permitted with the prior consent of the landlord. The overnight stay of additional, unregistered persons is not permitted.
During the day there is a free ski/hiking bus that will take you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton (December – April & July –September). You can find the current bus plans here Our bus lines are lines number 2 & 5!
You can find the current ski pass prices here In order to avoid long lines at the ski pass checkout, you can buy your ski pass in the neighboring house (Haus Zangerl).
Winter: up to 3 months before arrival - no costs; up to 30 days before arrival - 40% of the total price; 29 days to day of arrival and not arriving - 90% of the total price; In case of early departure - 100% of the total price. Summer: free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival, then 100% of the total price. We recommend a Travel Cancellation Insurance!
